The Glory Of The Church

"Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,... that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish." (Eph 5:25&27)
"For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising." (Isa 60:2-3)
Before Christ comes the Church would have reach her glory because Christ is coming for a glorious bride. But before we go any further, let us first look into what glory is. Glory is the expression of the fullness of something. During the raining season  when a river is full to the bank with rushing waters, then that river is at it glory. When the sun is shining at it brightest then it has reach it glory. When a tree has reach it height, the branches well spread out, full of leaves, fruits and flowers; then the tree has reach it glory. When a cop had grown into a wild vicious lion then it has reach it glory. Hence, glory is the expression of the fullness of a thing. The state of glory is when a things is able to express all it features, characteristics and abilities.
A glorious bride is a lady who has reach the peak of her beauty. She is at her youth, her breast is full and her shape is out. Her skin is smooth not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but without blemish. All the beautiful features of a woman can be seen in her, that is a glorious bride. Yes, Christ would come when the Church have reach the peak of the expression of her fullness here on earth. This brings us to the question; what is the fullness of the Church?
"And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all." (Eph 1:22-23)
"For in Him [Christ] dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;" (Col 2:9)
The fullness of God is in Christ and the fullness of Christ is in the Church. This means the glory of the Church is the expression of the fullness of God. When the Church reach her glory it means she would express the fullness of God's love, the fullness of God's power, the fullness of God's wisdom and knowledge, the fullness of God's holiness and righteousness and so on. Yes the Church would express the fullness of God here on earth and when the world sees the Church it is like they are looking upon the face of God Himself. This is what Christ is waiting for, this is what Christ is doing among his people today, he is building the Church, bringing her to her glory because he wants to "present her to Himself a glorious church" (Eph 5:27).
